Ø SAFe : Scaled Agile Framework) – Release Train Engineer over program with 3+ Agile Release Trains and over 30+ dedicated scrum teams.
Ø (3 to 5 years of experience within SAFe).
Ø CHIEF – Ensure MMP and Feature backlog grooming is in “ready state” prior to PI planning –
Ø Manages daily cross-Train dependencies between MMPs and/or Features – Mitigates cross-Train level risks, escalations and removes blockages to on time delivery –
Ø Prime accountability for all Release Trains – Responsible for inter-group communication and dependency resolution across Trains –
Ø Organizes, facilitates and leads Release Planning meetings for combined trains –
Ø Establish and communicate the annual calendars for iteration and PI planning –
Ø Considerable experience using CAAC to report and analyze data and metrics to all levels of management –
Ø Experience in implementing Agile and SAFe practices.
Ø TRAIN RTE – Ensure team story backlog grooming is in “ready state” prior to PI planning –
Ø Responsible for substantive and regular communications on solution status – Runs the SoS (Scrum of Scrums) for Train –
Ø Responsible for inter-group communication, issue and dependency resolution within Train – Holds train level retrospective – Access the scrum team’s health within train – Organizes, facilitates and leads Release Planning meetings within train –
Ø Ensure scrum teams are holding demos and retrospectives – Considerable experience using CAAC to report and analyze data and metrics to all levels of management – Experience in implementing Agile and SAFe practices
