About This Role

We’re looking for a Scheduling Manager – Install to lead the day-to-day scheduling of residential solar installations across multiple markets. In this role, you’ll ensure crews, materials, and job readiness are aligned so installations start on time and run smoothly. You’ll collaborate closely with Field Operations and Project Management teams to support efficient execution and strong customer outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage daily installation schedules and deployment of field crews
  • Maintain weekly capacity plans based on crew availability, materials, and job readiness
  • Adjust schedules in real time based on field updates, weather, and operational needs
  • Partner with field leadership and project managers to ensure installations are fully prepared to launch
  • Track performance metrics such as on-time starts, crew utilization, and reschedules
  • Lead and mentor a small team of Scheduling Specialists
  • Support improvements to scheduling processes, tools, and communication
  • Serve as a key point of contact between scheduling operations and the field


What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in solar, electrical, or construction operations
  • 2+ years in scheduling, dispatching, or project coordination
  • Strong understanding of residential solar installation workflows
  • Experience managing or coaching team members
  • Ability to pivot quickly and make informed decisions under pressure
  • Skilled with scheduling or project management tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
