The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Scheduling Coordinator at Turquoise Health, you will manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for internal teams and clients to ensure efficient time management and seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage calendars for multiple team members
- Schedule internal and external meetings, calls, and events
- Send reminders and confirm appointments
- Assist with organizing team events and special initiatives
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, or operations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and calendar management tools
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$50,000 – $65,000 depending on experience
