Interview Process: 4 step:
1. Online Technical Assessment (SAS & XML)
2. Phone Interview with our Current Consultant
3. Skype Interview with our Delivery Manager
4. In Person Interview with our Client Manager
Required Skills:
• OUTSTANDING communication – this is a highly client facing role
• 5+ years of SAS Reports Analysis / Development
• XML experience
• NICE TO HAVE: Javascript Experience
Between the 4 people that are being selected for these positions, every single hour of every single day is needing to be covered. These people will need to be okay with working odd hours and odd schedules, not just M-F, standard hours. This is mostly an Operational Support role where they’re going to be doing Data Validity, Pulling Reports, Data Manipulation.
Engagement Details:
For the first 6 months the breakdown of support vs. development will be 95/5. There will be opportunities for development work later in the engagement or during non-peak times but our team is responsible for the production support as our 1st priority. After stabilization of the production support team, we will be responsible for adding a process improvement plan for how production support will be handled in the future to help eliminate redundancies, drive efficiencies, develop a dashboard and coordinate an overall smoother process.
