SAP Supply Chain & Planning Consultant (PP / APO / IBP)

Lead the design and configuration of SAP supply chain solutions, manage planning processes, conduct testing, and mentor junior consultants for an S/4HANA migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP PP (Production Planning) and MRP in S/4HANA, including MRP Live and Demand-Driven MRP (DDMRP)
- Drive end-to-end APO-to-IBP migration planning, including demand planning (DP), supply network planning (SNP), and production planning/detailed scheduling (PP/DS) workstream transition
- Design IBP solution architecture covering IBP for Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Response & Supply across a global, multi-division template
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to harmonize planning processes across regional instances into a single global S/4HANA template
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, blueprint workshops, and solution design documentation
- Manage master data requirements for planning: MRP areas, production versions, work centers, routings, and BOMs
- Support data migration from APO liveCache and CIF interfaces to IBP integration framework
- Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover planning for supply chain workstreams
- Provide hypercare and post-go-live support across multiple migration waves
- Mentor junior functional consultants and coordinate with technical ABAP teams on custom developments
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of SAP supply chain functional consulting experience across PP, APO, and planning modules
- Minimum 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations including MRP Live configuration
- Hands-on APO experience: Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), PP/DS
- Proven SAP IBP implementation experience (IBP for Demand and/or Supply)
- Experience with CIF (Core Interface) between ECC/S/4HANA and APO/IBP
- Strong understanding of Consumer Goods / FMCG planning processes: S&OP, demand sensing, collaborative forecasting
- Proficiency in S/4HANA production planning enhancements: Fiori apps, embedded analytics for supply chain
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to run blueprint workshops independently
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience on multi-instance ECC consolidation programs (4+ instances)
- SAP IBP certification
- Exposure to SAP Integrated Business Planning for S&OP (IBP S&OP)
