We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with technical rigor and a strong desire to make an impact.

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field;
- 3–5 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects;
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Succession & Development;
- Understanding of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS);
- Professional experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements;
- Experience with data migration and integration techniques (e.g., EC data imports, MDF objects, API integrations);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall);
SAP certifications are a plus:
SAP Certified Application Associate – SuccessFactors Employee Central
Additional SuccessFactors module certifications (e.g., Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals)
