Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as SAP Consultant.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SOM or SAP CRM module to meet specific business requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SOM or SAP CRM module and its integration with other modules in the SAP system.
- A strong understanding of CRM business processes.
- Be able to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage project backlog.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative approach and outstanding listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Business proficiency in English.
- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest SAP functionality and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Understanding the customer's business processes and requirements, and analyzing how the SAP SOM or SAP CRM module can be leveraged to support those processes effectively.
- Designing and configuring solutions within the SAP SOM or SAP CRM module to meet the customer's requirements.
- Preparing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SOM or SAP CRM processes, including resolving issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Managing Project Backlog, timely identifying risks and change requests.
- Working collaboratively with other functional consultants, technical consultants, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest SAP SOM or SAP CRM functionality and best practices, and proactively sharing this knowledge with customers and colleagues.
