The role
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO / Group Reporting Senior Consultant to join our team. This role requires both strong configuration expertise and excellent communication skills to partner with business leaders on their finance transformation journey. You will gather requirements, design and prototype solutions, configure and test, and lead the deployment of SAP FICO and Group Reporting capabilities. In this role, you’ll not only bring technical knowledge but also the ability to speak the language of accounting, influence mid-market and enterprise clients, and facilitate impactful workshops. This is a high-visibility role where your voice will be valued, your perspective respected, and your contributions essential to client success.
What you’ll bring
6–8+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO implementation experience
At least one end-to-end SAP Group Reporting implementation
Prior professional accounting or financial consolidations experience (strongly preferred)
Expertise across SAP FI/CO (AP, AR, GL, Cost Center, Fixed Assets, Internal Orders, Bank Accounting, COPA, and Fiori for accounting)
3–4+ full lifecycle FICO implementations as Senior Consultant or Manager
Exposure to ECC → S/4HANA migrations and Greenfield implementations
Strong facilitation, documentation, and client-facing skills; ability to influence and communicate with senior leaders
Consulting experience in mid-market or enterprise clients, ideally within consumer products, manufacturing, or high-tech
Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or equivalent skills desired
Ability to travel up to 80% nationwide (role is remote but client-facing)
