KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an accomplished SAP Program Manager to oversee and drive large-scale SAP initiatives across the organization. The Program Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, governance, and execution of multiple related projects that deliver business transformation, efficiency improvements, and long-term technology adoption. This role requires exceptional leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a deep understanding of SAP landscapes, integration frameworks, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, plan, and manage SAP programs consisting of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Define program objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project managers, architects, consultants, and technical teams, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive program governance including risk management, change control, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, ensuring priorities are aligned with business needs and technology capabilities.
  • Partner with business units to understand needs and define SAP solution approaches that enable growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, regulatory requirements, and internal audit frameworks.
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and executive briefings to align expectations and report progress.
  • Promote cross-team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and training initiatives to enhance SAP adoption and effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains across SAP environments
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP program or portfolio management, preferably within large-scale implementations or transformations.
  • Proven track record managing multiple complex SAP projects involving S/4HANA, Cloud solutions, integration, data migrations, and more.
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture, ecosystems, integration tools, and modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR).
  • Experience with program governance, resource planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Certifications in Program Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) or SAP methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate) are highly desirable.
  • Experience working with global teams and cross-cultural environments.
