2020 Companies has a full-time National Field Support Manager opportunity representing our client, Samsung Electronics America.
As the National Manager, overseeing both the Virtual Market Manager and Merchandising teams, you will play a strategic leadership role in driving Samsung’s success across key national retail partners, including Home Depot, Best Buy, and Costco. This dual-function role is responsible for ensuring flawless virtual engagement, in-store brand presence, and merchandising execution across the U.S. retail landscape. You will lead a team of Virtual Market Managers (VMMs) focused on relationship-building, training, and influencing store-level performance remotely. Simultaneously, you will manage the national merchandising strategy—developing and deploying display guides, coordinating store readiness for high-profile events, and resolving large-scale retail execution issues in partnership with internal and syndicated teams.

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of Virtual Market Managers to drive sales and brand advocacy within major national retailers.
Oversee a national field merchandising strategy, ensuring consistency and compliance with Samsung display standards across all retail partners.
Create and maintain display execution guides; manage Ring of Fire and other premium fixtures, including repairs, maintenance, and visual compliance.
Prepare priority markets and locations for VIP visits, new product launches, and major brand activations.
Analyze performance metrics and market insights to identify trends, resolve execution gaps, and optimize retail impact.
Serve as a cross-functional liaison between Samsung corporate teams, syndicated partners, and field execution channels.
Own issue resolution for escalated store-level challenges, display outages, and merchandising exceptions.
Ensure operational excellence, clear communication, and strategic alignment across virtual and in-store execution teams.
Performance Measurements:
Achieve and exceed merchandising goals and objectives
Maintain high levels of compliance with Samsung's branding guidelines and merchandising standards
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Develop and implement innovative solutions to address merchandising challenges
Foster Strong Client Relationships: Build and cultivate relationships with Senior Level program and field leaders at Samsung and Merchant Partners
Effective Mentorship and Coaching: Maintain an employee satisfaction score of 85% or higher for mentorship and coaching
Manage Budgets Effectively: Maintain an effective program P&L
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Minimum of three to five years of experience in a merchandising or retail operations role
Demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse teams
