Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and self-starting Trainer and Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an autonomous environment and will be responsible for the training, support, and administration of our Salesforce and ClickUp users, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption. This role is responsible for representing these platforms externally to other teams within the company, and providing critical feedback from users to drive enhancements to both Salesforce and Clickup.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead Salesforce knowledge base repository and collaborate with external teams to ensure articles are maintained and kept accurate
  • Consult, build, and manage Pendo.io workflows and integration
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce and ClickUp users
  • Administer and maintain our Salesforce and ClickUp instances, including user management, triaging inbound incidents, and requests
  • Stay current with Salesforce and ClickUp updates and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Work closely with developers to support development and provide product demos to customers

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience with designing and documenting instructional workflows
  • At least 2 years of intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Meta Data and Tagging
  • 3+ years of experience using Salesforce Sales/Service/Community Cloud
  • 3+ years using work management or project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Rally, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative as a self-starter
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including attention to detail and documentation
  • Prior experience with Learning & Development, Training, or Remote Onboarding preferred
  • Experience with Digital Adoption or LMS systems including Pendo, Whatfix, or WalkMe
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and best practices
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required
  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and training
  • Working knowledge for Salesforce Permissions, Flows, and Apex preferred
  • Understanding of workflow management
  • Experience building workspaces and automations is preferred

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
