Job summary
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Technical Architect to take ownership of Salesforce (SFDC) as the central hub of our revenue operations. This is not just a configuration role — we need a strategic thinker who can collaborate with stakeholders, operations, and analytics teams to design and implement solutions that prioritize correctness, robustness, and efficiency.
The right candidate will bring both deep technical expertise and the ability to ask the right business questions, ensuring Salesforce drives scalable and impactful revenue processes. A background in consulting or cross-functional collaboration is a strong plus.
What you will do
Strategic Design & Architecture
- Translate business requirements into scalable SFDC solutions with a focus on correctness, robustness, and efficiency.
- Make informed design decisions around system architecture, data flows, and integrations.
- Establish governance and best practices for Salesforce development and administration.
System Administration & Development
- Configure and customize SFDC, including objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
- Manage integrations with GTM tools such as Eloqua, LeanData, Jira, and other SaaS platforms.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and scalability.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Analytics to ensure Salesforce serves as a strong hub for revenue efficiency.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping the business understand trade-offs and guiding towards sustainable solutions.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and ensure documentation is maintained in Confluence and Jira.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes, propose improvements, and drive execution.
- Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
- Champion automation and data-driven approaches to scale GTM efficiency.
What you will have
Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and/or architecture experience.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, with exposure to Marketing integrations and RevOps workflows.
- Strong background in system design, data modeling, and integration strategies.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance technical depth with business context.
- Excellent communication skills to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead discussions around trade-offs in system design and process automation.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
- Consulting background or experience working with multiple stakeholders across different functions.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with GTM SaaS tools like Eloqua, LeanData, Jira, and Confluence.
