Free from legacy constraints, we focus on delivering measurable business outcomes through advanced AI, data, and engineering capabilities. Our mission is to operationalize AI at scale and unlock sustained enterprise value.

Our offerings span AI solutions, data services, enterprise applications, and product engineering, tailored to industry-specific needs across healthcare, life sciences, telecom, retail, financial services, and technology. By leveraging design thinking and technology-agnostic architectures, we ensure faster time-to-value and seamless interoperability.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Application Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role requires a strong balance of functional expertise, technical depth, and security-first thinking, with a particular emphasis on Salesforce Shield capabilities (Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, Data Masking, and Data Classification).

You will play a key role in shaping scalable, high-performing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds while ensuring secure handling of sensitive data, strong governance, and long-term platform stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations
  • Design scalable data models, automation strategies, and application frameworks
  • Establish and maintain architecture standards and governance practices
  • Define and manage integration patterns across enterprise systems
  • Implement and oversee CI/CD processes and release management

 Salesforce Security & Shield Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation and optimization of Salesforce Shield, including:
  • Platform Encryption for data at rest
  • Event Monitoring for auditability and threat detection
  • Data Classification to support governance and compliance
  • Data Masking to protect sensitive data in non-production environments
  • Design secure permission models, access controls, and data protection strategies aligned to least-privilege principles
  • Ensure security controls are embedded into architecture and delivery processes—not retrofitted

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture or senior consulting roles
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, flows, APIs, and integration design
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Shield, including:
  • Platform Encryption
  • Event Monitoring
  • Experience with Data Masking and Data Classification
  • Strong understanding of data governance, permission models, and secure platform design
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, etc.)
  • Experience with large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and business stakeholders
