As a Salesforce Sales Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative, scalable Salesforce solutions that empower sales teams and drive digital transformation. You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and client stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable Salesforce strategies, with a focus on Public Sector Solutions and enterprise-grade implementations. This role supports engagements across public sector entities, including state and local government and utilities.
What You Will Need:
Active Salesforce architect accreditations and the ability to achieve additional certifications upon hire.
US Citizenship required.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business, or a minimum of FOURTEEN (14) years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of TEN (10) years of professional experience, including:
5 years of Salesforce implementation experience in agile environments.
5 years of external consulting experience.
5 years of experience in sales solution architecture or pre-sales engineering.
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across systems.
Experience writing user stories and designing Salesforce integrations and data migrations.
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, or Integration Architecture.
Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
Experience with compliance frameworks (508, HIPAA, CJIS, NIST).
Background in consulting (Big Four or Salesforce Gold Partner).
Understanding of Public Sector entities and their common business requirements, including state and local government and utilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Graph API, or Copilot Studio as complementary technologies.
The annual salary range for this position is $155,000.00-$259,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
