Project Manager / Business Analyst
to join our growing team. This hybrid role will be responsible for
leading a project team from initiation to completion,
ensuring successful delivery of project deliverables. The ideal candidate will be someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee technical project, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables align with strategic goals
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical team, client, and senior leadership, providing regular updates and progress reports
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements and work closely with the development team to understand technical requirements and resolve challenges
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project success
- Apply best practices and agile methodologies to enhance project workflows and efficiency
- Foster collaboration and accountability among project team members, ensuring a high-performance culture

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management and business analysis, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce.
- Proven experience managing Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and Salesforce tools (e.g., Flow, Reports, Dashboards).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Project Management and/or Business Analyst Certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator,
Agentforce
Specialist)
- Background working with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or other government agencies.

This role requires you to live within the United States.
