  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive and technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and lead initiatives in fast-paced consulting environments
  • Comfortable leading and triaging client support needs in collaboration with internal teams
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap and feature definition for Salesforce-based solutions, aligning enhancements with business goals and client needs
  • Lead backlog management, release planning, sprint reviews, and design reviews in coordination with Product, Design, and Analyst teams
  • Gather and document requirements, translate them into clear user stories, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Act as a key liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and delivery of impactful features
  • Partner on documentation initiatives including release notes, help articles, and knowledge base updates
  • Triage and prioritize support requests, bugs, and enhancement tickets through tools like ZenDesk, ensuring efficient resolution
  • Coordinate and lead product demos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Track and report product KPIs, adoption metrics, and ROI insights to stakeholders and leadership
  • Advocate for user-centered design and continuous improvement, integrating feedback loops into product cycles
  • Monitor developments in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem and identify solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Contribute to internal delivery frameworks, tools, and best practices that support scalable consulting engagements
