Madison Ave Consulting is a Salesforce consulting partner specializing in the adoption, implementation, and deployment of cloud-based business technologies. We leverage a network of world-class experts to provide organizations with unparalleled service, with a singular goal: to help our clients achieve the success they envision.
Our customer-centric team goes above and beyond to ensure that your organization performs at its peak and is prepared for what comes next. As technology evolves, we evolve with it, bringing unmatched experience, insight, and technical expertise to every project.
About the RoleWe are seeking a Salesforce Product Designer with deep experience in ISV product development, particularly within AppExchange, managed packages, and PDO delivery models. This role focuses on designing and evolving enterprise-grade Salesforce products, with a strong emphasis on architecture, scalability, and long-term maintainability over UI/UX alone.
We are especially interested in candidates who have experience incorporating Salesforce’s intelligent platform capabilities including Einstein AI, OpenAI integrations, and AgentForce, into their product designs. If you’ve worked in or alongside a Salesforce ISV and understand the managed package lifecycle, you’ll be a strong fit for this role. You will play a central role in shaping internal IP, enabling AppExchange success, and driving productized solutions that support multiple client verticals.
- Design and evolve Salesforce products built as managed packages and listed on the AppExchange
- Own product design from concept to deployment, with a focus on functionality, scalability, and security
- Translate business needs into detailed technical designs, user stories, and data models
- Work closely with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to guide package development and release
- Define namespace strategy, versioning, and AppExchange security review requirements
- Incorporate intelligent automation and predictive features using tools like Einstein and OpenAI
- Contribute to internal product strategy and reusable components for clients and market delivery
- Conduct stakeholder discovery, validate use cases, and shape MVP vs. long-term roadmap
- Collaborate on backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery execution
- Deliver demos, gather feedback, and prioritize product enhancements and fixes
- Stay current on AppExchange trends, Salesforce AI/ML capabilities, and ISV tooling
- Provide thought leadership on best practices in productized Salesforce development within a PDO or ISV model
- 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce ISV, product development, or PDO environment
- Proven background designing and managing managed packages and AppExchange-ready products
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform: data modeling, automation, packaging, and release strategy
- Familiarity with the full managed package lifecycle, including namespace, security review, and upgrades
- Experience designing or integrating intelligent features using Einstein, OpenAI, or AgentForce
- Understanding of how to apply ML concepts within Salesforce to deliver predictive or automated experiences
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Ability to articulate product trade-offs and technical feasibility to diverse stakeholders
- Skilled in documenting requirements, user stories, and solution design
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements and industry events
Why Madison Ave Consulting?

- Be part of a fast-growing company with deep roots in healthcare and enterprise consulting
