We’re hiring a Salesforce Engineer in Eastern Europe to join our scaling R&D organization.

We're looking for a talented Salesforce Engineer to help us scale and evolve our Salesforce-based shipping platform. The next Bringgster should be passionate about building reliable Salesforce applications and managed packages while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Our R&D Bringgsters face the challenges of supporting enterprise customers that rely on Salesforce-based logistics solutions and integrations with external carrier APIs. In this role, you will work on a complex Salesforce managed package, developing scalable architecture and integrations with shipping carriers and external services.
What you are expected to deliver (Responsibilities)
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce managed packages
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, and services for scalable business logic
- Build integrations between Salesforce and external APIs (shipping carriers, services, and internal platforms)
- Implement Apex REST services and external callouts
- Develop and maintain Salesforce UI components (Visualforce / Lightning / LWC, where relevant)
- Work with complex custom objects and configuration-driven functionality
- Ensure high unit test coverage and maintain production stability
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve the performance of existing package functionality
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and support teams across the company
- Participate in architecture discussions and propose scalable Salesforce solutions
What we expect you to Bringg (Requirements)
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- Strong experience with Apex development (classes, triggers, services)
- Hands-on experience developing Salesforce managed packages
- Package development experience:
- Practical experience working with First-Generation Managed Packages (1GP)
- Understanding of the AppExchange Security Review process
- Understanding or hands-on experience with Second-Generation Managed Packages (2GP)
- Understanding or experience with Unlocked Packages
- Salesforce platform expertise:
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex REST, and external integrations
- Experience working with HTTP callouts and third-party APIs
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform limits
- Strong understanding of Bulkification principles in Salesforce
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in production environments
- Ability to design scalable solutions within Salesforce platform constraints
- Developer tooling:
- Experience with Salesforce CLI (SFDX)
- Experience with Node.js tooling (NPM / NVM)
- Experience working with Git-based workflows
Nice to have
- Experience integrating with logistics/shipping carrier APIs (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.)
- Experience working with Visualforce and Lightning Web Components
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II or similar)
- Experience working with SaaS products and enterprise customers
- Experience in maintaining and upgrading existing Salesforce packages
- Ability to work in the second part of the day to have a bigger overlap with the US-based team
