Overview: 

We’re seeking a talented and enthusiastic Salesforce Developer to join our innovative team. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Your work will align with business needs and adhere to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

What you will do:

Development

  • Design, develop, and test custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code for custom business logic and database operations.
  • Build and maintain LWC components for modern, interactive UIs.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Optimize performance and ensure application reliability and scalability.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with business analysts, product managers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance

  • Identify, resolve, and document bugs and technical issues.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and platform updates.

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and test class coverage.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security, and governor limits.
  • Solid experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Approval Processes and automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder).
  • Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
  • Experience in agentic development using Agentforce or similar platforms, including MCP server.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with CPQ or Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
  • Exposure to Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Version Control & DevOps: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX.
  • Documentation: Ability to create technical documentation and user guides.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
