This role will play a crucial part in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem, with a forward-looking view toward Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake integration, and Agent Force implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience using Salesforce to manage support workflows, analyze service data, and recommend process improvements that enhance user satisfaction and system performance.

- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance, scheduled jobs, and assist in release readiness and testing.
- Data Management: Assist in data imports, exports, cleansing, and de-duplication efforts using tools like Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
- Data Quality & Integrity: Analyze, interpret, and visualize Salesforce data to support business insights, reporting, and forecasting.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance across Salesforce and integrated platforms.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, understanding data requirements and delivering solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and datasets using Salesforce (Classic and Lightning) and external tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for and support Salesforce Data Cloud initiatives.
- Participate in planning and testing integrations with Snowflake for centralized data warehousing and analytics.
- Support the implementation and optimization of Agent Force to enhance customer service and agent productivity.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and data technology trends, proactively identifying opportunities for platform and process improvement.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other admins, analysts, and stakeholders to improve system efficiency and user experience.
