Own and optimize Salesforce and related integrations, manage production environments, ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy, lead integration implementations, prioritize system requests, support users, and document processes to build scalable, reliable business systems.
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant to own and optimize our core business systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce. This role manages live production environments, system integrations, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and governance to support company-wide operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to independently prioritize and manage a structured backlog of system requests while maintaining thorough documentation of processes and configurations. As Clear Capital embarks on major business systems enhancements in 2026, this role will play a critical part in building scalable, reliable, and future-ready infrastructure.
What You Will Work On
- Manage data, systems, and integrations across critical business platforms, including Salesforce and Support Systems.
- Own and maintain system integrations (such as IronClad) that interface with Salesforce, ensuring stability, accuracy, and performance.
- Serve as the implementation lead for Salesforce integrations, including Support Systems and Jasper, overseeing installation, testing, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Run regular validation, reconciliation, and accuracy checks on all integrations.
- Partner with stakeholders on design, scope, testing, and rollout of new integrations.
- Oversee system enhancement requests through a structured intake, prioritization, and change management process, including evaluating business impact, coordinating approvals, and maintaining a transparent backlog.
- Provide timely, solutions-oriented support for internal users, including troubleshooting system issues, resolving access challenges, and managing account updates or reassignment.
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, usage tracking, and pricing governance across systems.
- Support commission processing and data validation processes.
- Create dashboards and reporting tools to support business decision-making.
- Document all systems, processes, workflows, and configurations to ensure operational continuity and knowledge transfer.
- Proactively evaluate current system architecture and recommend scalable, best-practice solutions that support long-term business growth and efficiency.
Who We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with deep platform expertise.
- Proven ability to independently manage and optimize live Salesforce environments.
- Expert-level understanding of Salesforce configuration, reporting, automation, data architecture, and system optimization.
- Strong understanding of integrations, data architecture, and change management best practices.
- Ability to translate business needs into well-architected, scalable system solutions aligned with best practices.
- Experience managing and prioritizing a structured backlog of system requests.
- Exceptional documentation discipline and process rigor.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
What You Can Expect
- Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $50- $100, hourly, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
