We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in a Salesforce consulting or professional services environment. This role is designed for a collaborative, client-facing professional who brings strong business analysis skills and a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate does not need to perform hands-on configuration but should have direct experience supporting Salesforce implementations in a BA capacity.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with clients to understand business goals, document requirements, and translate them into clear user stories and functional specifications.
- Facilitate and support discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce configurators, developers, and project managers to ensure requirements are accurately understood and delivered.
- Analyze complex business processes and break them down into smaller, manageable, and actionable requirements across the full project lifecycle — from discovery through deployment.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, working with technical teams to refine user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Support system integrations by identifying business needs and facilitating collaboration between client stakeholders and technical teams.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of client-facing deliverables, including process documentation, training materials, and status reports.
- Evaluate and escalate project issues, risks, or conflicts as needed, offering proactive suggestions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
What You'll Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in a Salesforce consulting firm or professional services environment, supporting Salesforce implementation projects in a Business Analyst role.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, including core objects, the data model, and key product areas such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud — without the need for hands-on configuration expertise.
- Experience facilitating requirements-gathering sessions and translating business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
- The ability to work within a team environment, supported by strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, results-driven, and the ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced consulting environment with multiple client engagements.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for client and team engagements as needed.
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst) are a plus but not required.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is required.
