This is a Hybrid position located in Frisco, TX. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis, typically 1 to 6 times a month. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to the location and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvements in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Order Management systems.
- Analyze and improve order management processes within Salesforce, ensuring a seamless workflow from order creation to fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order management systems are properly integrated with sales, finance, and logistics teams.
- Provide Train the Trainer training and support on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Order Management functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Salesforce platform and order management processes.
- Provide support in the customization and integration of Sales Cloud with other systems to improve user adoption and business processes.
- Work closely with business users, developers, and IT teams to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business objectives.
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective communication and solution delivery.
About You:
- Preferrably a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Order Management.
- Firsthand experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Order Management.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to sales, order management, and customer lifecycle.
- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and people skills to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) is a plus.
- Experience with Workday Finance is a plus.

The starting pay range for this position is $93,370.00-$153,400.00. McAfee takes into consideration an individual’s skillset, experience and location in making final salary determinations.
