The Role
We're seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator who's ready to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of impactful projects. This role offers the opportunity to build scalable systems, improve operational efficiency, and support teams that drive NinjaOne's growth. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into well-executed, lasting solutions. This is a fast-paced environment where you'll be trusted to take the lead, ask thoughtful questions, and bring clarity to complex challenges. Your work will have a direct and visible impact on how we grow.
What You'll Do
• Help administer and enhance our Salesforce environment to align with evolving business goals
• Design and implement robust Flow automations to improve the efficiency of sales and marketing processes
• Lead Salesforce-related projects from discovery and requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and post-launch support
• Ensure all Salesforce users receive worldclass support, while maintaining a clean and well-managed ticket queue to keep issues resolved and operations running smoothly.
• Support and maintain third-party integrations including, but not limited to Salesloft, LeanData, ChiliPiper, Workato, Pardot, and DealHub CPQ in collaboration with other teams
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop scalable, reliable system solutions
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and communicate solutions clearly across the organization
• Promote best practices in data quality, system adoption, and user experience
• Collaborate with developers on APEX enhancements when needed
What You Bring
• 3-4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, particularly within Sales Cloud
• Advanced expertise in building and managing Salesforce Flow automations
• Experience supporting tools within the Salesforce ecosystem such as Salesloft, LeanData, ChiliPiper, Workato, Pardot, and DealHub CPQ
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Bonus: Familiarity with APEX or project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred
