The Role

As a Salesforce Administrator at Oshi Health, you will collaborate with business partners and Salesforce engineers to identify, manage, and implement projects on our Salesforce platform. Your primary focus will be supporting Health Cloud and Sales Cloud across clinical operations, commercial, and growth. You will also handle daily platform maintenance and optimization, helping the business scale by enhancing automation and implementing new capabilities. In this role, you will leverage your Salesforce expertise and technical skills to drive solutions and improvements across the platform.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to evaluate, design, and develop Salesforce configurations.
  • Configure Salesforce functionality, including custom objects, page layouts, flows, applications, roles, profiles, and integrations.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Act as the liaison between users, vendors, and engineering teams to implement Salesforce solutions.
  • Identify and address upstream and downstream data issues impacting the platform.
  • Execute day-to-day administrative functions such as user account maintenance, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Test and approve system changes before deployment to ensure stability and functionality.
  • Train team members on platform updates and new capabilities.
  • Stay informed on Salesforce roadmaps and the latest features to keep the platform cutting-edge.
  • Participate in weekly Salesforce Engineering meetings

Who you are:

  • Salesforce Certification Administrator or Advanced Administrator required
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder experience preferred. 
  • 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, with a focus on Health Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Copado for Salesforce DevOps.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Proficient in SQL and SOQL for data investigation and building data extensions (For SFMC)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Athena Health is a plus.
  • Experience using and administering Flow
  • Experience managing and administering Twilio and Talkdesk manage packages is a plus.
  • Experience and interest in learning and working with APEX and LWC is a plus.
  • Familiarity with VS Code, Dev Console, Workbench and Dataloader (or equivalent)

Compensation Range
$95,000$115,000 USD
