Job Description:

Datasite is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to enhance the effectiveness of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will play a key part in evaluating, designing, and implementing process improvements across the organization, with a particular focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing AI capabilities.

As a strategic member of our team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvements in the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of our technology-enabled services, working cross-functionally to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing marketing automations and tech stacks to recommend optimized business processes, primarily leveraging configurable Salesforce features.
  • Plan and lead the implementation of process and system enhancements, including user acceptance testing and change management.
  • Provide end-user training and support for various Salesforce user groups, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with Marketing stakeholders and educating users on platform policies, available capabilities, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as process descriptions, checklists, templates, and user guides.
  • Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of improvements through pre- and post-implementation assessments.
  • Facilitate collaboration across Marketing, Product Marketing and Inside Sales departments to ensure alignment and adoption of solutions.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of integrated applications and business processes, clearly communicating the value and ROI of technical solutions.
  • Partner with vendors on understanding marketing technology and AI roadmaps and opportunities.

Required Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and configuration
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other marketing automation tools and MarTech stacks.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Experience with Digital Marketing teams or projects
  • Experience with Customer Data Management solutions and/or Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Required:  Salesforce Administrator and Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications
  • Pardot experience preferred

  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in technical writing, including documentation of systems and processes

Work Location & Flexibility

If located in New York City or Minneapolis this role follows a hybrid work model. Employees in these locations are expected to work on-site a minimum of two days per week. Please note that specific business units or role requirements may necessitate additional in-office days based on team collaboration needs or operational priorities.

 

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position.  Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

$83,800.00 - $141,500.00
