Salesforce Admin

Storable is seeking a Salesforce Admin to enhance and maintain our Salesforce platform. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who enjoys system optimization, automation, and user support.

• Manage user setup, profiles, permissions, and security settings. Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning components, and validation rules.
• Automate complex business processes using declarative tools like Flow Builder.
• Ensure data integrity throughout the system.
• Develop reports and dashboards for business insights. Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users.Stay updated on Salesforce releases and implement new features.
• Maintain Salesforce development environments and ensure CI/CD processes are strictly adhered to.
• Collaborate with other technical and non-technical roles throughout the department.
• Document and communicate system processes thoroughly.

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Flows, Screen Flows, and automation tools.
• Expert spreadsheet skills for data cleanup and wrangling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); Advanced Admin (preferred).
• Preferred: 
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Workato, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, or Zapier
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, deduplication strategies, and security best practices
