Position Description
Responsible for establishing the sales strategy and targets to meet zColo’s objectives. Responsible for developing both tactical and strategic sales plans that will promote sales growth, churn reduction, and customer satisfaction for the organization. Responsible for training, developing, and coaching a team of Business Development individuals to execute on zColo’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving growth of zColo and executing on sales & churn targets
- Responsible for deep customer engagement with all of zColo’s largest customers
- Responsible for hiring, training, and developing a team of BusDev professionals
- Required to be an expert in all products under zColo
- Responsible to work across different zColo functions to ensure teamwork and continued success of the org
- Travel is required
- Adherence and enforcement of established company security standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership positions
- At least seven years working with and understanding customers and applications within the Data Center market.
