Altvia, a premier Salesforce.com partner that operates at the intersection of Finance and Technology, delivering the top software solutions for private equity Fund Managers and Investors, is looking for a results-focused, entrepreneurial minded Sr. Account Executive to grow the Eastern US territory. We’re interested in candidates who have proven experience in exceeding their sales quotas, a continuous improvement mindset, and a passion for exceeding their goals. In this role, you will work alongside an accomplished team comprised of an Account Executive, Marketing Representative, Senior Solutions Architect, and Customer Success Manager. This position reports to the Director of North American Sales.
What you will do:
Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of Altvia’s product suite
Work with the DIrector of NA Sales to build and execute a Territory Plan that focuses on both new account and expansion sales to meet targets.
Provide leadership and mentoring to the Account Executive as a team in the East.
Collaborate internally to be viewed as a strategic thinker and sales leader in the organization
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify new account opportunities
Call existing clients with the Customer Success Manager to drive expansion opportunities
Travel 2-3x/quarter in territory to drive sales and awareness.
What you must have:
At least three to five years proven success in a client facing Sr. Account Executive role covering a territory requiring regular travel.
Extensive knowledge of the sales process from lead to closed sale.
High emotional intelligence with passion to win.
Outstanding time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Enjoyment of cold calling and prospecting as part of building your territory
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Salesforce.com experience
Bachelor’s degree
Private Equity, financial services, and SaaS company experience preferred
