Healthgrades is focused on providing trusted information that helps consumers and providers make meaningful connections. As a Salesforce Technical Admin, you will be responsible for the technical underpinnings of the customer relationship management system (Salesforce) and related toolset. Responsible for configuring and maintaining the technical architecture and design of the system, workflows, custom objects, integrations and plug-ins. Works cross-departmentally to evolve the system to continue to provide operational efficiency and value through technology.

What You Will Do:

  • Maintains and customizes Sales Cloud and Sales Cloud applications.
  • Creates, manages, and maintains custom fields, custom objects, page layouts, etc
  • Creates and maintains operational workflows to provide an efficient and seamless selling experience
  • Develops custom scripts and/or works with outside consulting resources to implement custom functionality
  • Configures and manages interfaces between internal systems, e.g. Salesforce, Workfront and NetSuite
  • Creates and maintains the tools, systems, and mechanisms required to gain visibility into sales performance 

What You Will Bring:

  • 10+ years’ experience in end to end technical deployments related to Salesforce (SFDC) and associated business tools
  • Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience
  • Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools
  • Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions
  • Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch
  • Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow
  • Ability to review workload, set priorities, and manage time to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to multiple stakeholders including executive leadership
  • Ability to influence leaders and employees across multiple business units
  • Ability to adapt quickly and allocate resources to changing priorities

  • Salary: $120K - $130K annually*
