What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities
- Enthusiasm: Motivate and engage inside sales reps to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
- Accountability: Own the process of people management decisions (hiring, onboarding, performance management, compensation planning, corrective action, territory designs, etc…)
- Leadership: Lead from the front with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality and willingness to dig in. Grow & develop your team of inside sales reps (Hunters), guiding team on best practices for their role, performance management, and sales strategy execution.
- Metrics-driven: Measure and analyze key performance indicators to drive improved performance and accountability in a high-volume role
- High Velocity: Implement selling strategies to drive consistency and velocity throughout the sales process.
- Problem Solver: Able to solve complex problems by primarily leveraging the systems and tools currently available to the organization.
- Strategic: Develop strategic plan for team to drive pipeline and exceed new business targets
- Creativity: Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive new business to meet or exceed expected revenue results
- Impact: Coach and develop members of the team to exceed targets and grow in their career
Qualifications
- 3-5 years success selling in an inside sales role (individual contributor)
- 2-3 years’ experience Inside Sales Management or Director Level
- 4-year college degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in SaaS sales preferred
- Knowledge of SaaS technology and market trends
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with metrics
- Strong ability to excite, engage and influence through demonstrated leadership
- Ability to deliver difficult messages while emphasizing a positive, future-oriented perspective.
- Can adapt to changes in business direction, products, and needs from a sales perspective.
- Ability to problem solve balancing both strategic and immediate needs
- Leads and implements process improvements beyond the scope of the current role
- Outstanding communication skills – written, oral and facilitation
- Demonstrated track record of recruiting, training, coaching, motivating and retaining successful employees and customers
