Arryved Inc. is a Boulder, CO.-based company specializing in Point-of-Service for craft breweries, restaurants and other craft destinations. We operate in over 1000 establishments across the country, with many of the top craft establishments using our platform. Maybe you've used the Arryved mobile app yourself. At our core we use software to build excellent customer experiences on both sides of the counter, from being the central hub of the restaurant/taproom and back-of-house, to online sales and mobile guest experiences. About You
We want someone as passionate about service as we are, and equally as passionate about connecting with customers who need and benefit from our products. We are looking to hire a Sales Associate (located in Southern California).
Must Haves
Comfortable presenting
product demos to customers individually and in small groups both online and in person
Can communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing
Self-driven, can operate independently, and respond to unexpected situations with confidence
Strong critical thinking skills
Able to manage multiple competing priorities
Develop and maintain outstanding customer relationships
Adaptable and creative
Comfortable learning new tools and technology
Confidence and Experience “asking for the close”
Sales experience (at least 2 years)
Ability to travel up to 25% - maintaining current relationships and prospecting new
Entrepreneurial spirit
Consultative sales ability and experience
High level of comfort with financial conversations
Expectations
Regular Customer Demos
Managing individual sales pipeline
Managing territory and hitting goals
Tracking all sales stages and progress using Pipedrive
Willingness and ability to maintain an understanding of product updates and offerings
Maintaining ongoing customer relationships
Maintaining partnerships with trade associations and partner businesses in your territory
Work in tandem with support and launch teams to ensure all new customers are successful and existing customers are happy
Confidently discuss credit card fees and rates with customers
Fill pipeline with additional leads necessary to accomplish sales goals
Nice to Have
Experience with POS Systems
Industry experience in Craft Beverage
Experience running or maintaining a taproom or restaurant
Basic knowledge of credit card processing
Details
Headquarters in Boulder CO We are wanting candidates who live in Southern California.
You will be expected to participate in virtual team meetings daily and occasionally in person.
Salary is FTE $60,000 - $75,000 DOE + Commission
