If you are looking to be part of something profound and build something special, BetterCloud is for you.  BetterCloud’s channel partners are critical to our success, and we are looking for a National Account Manager, CDW to join our rapidly growing partnerships team that works in a dynamic environment where fast-paced innovation meets rock-solid execution. We value hard work and a positive attitude and are looking for a hands-on, accomplished leader who can help scale BetterCloud’s category leadership through driving revenue with this strategic partnership.

Your mission will be to manage all cross functional aspects of the relationship with one of the largest technology resellers globally. The ideal candidate will have industry experience with reseller partnerships, deep analytical and business strategy acumen, ability to plan and execute Go-To-Market activities including sales enablement and driving revenue by engaging with sales teams across both companies. The candidate will also have an understanding of how enterprise customers buy, the role enterprise partners play and where the leverage lies with a partner like CDW. We are looking for a hands-on, tenacious, and detailed-oriented individual to drive these initiatives.

The ideal candidate has prior experience growing a partnership with CDW, developing processes and programs to support CDW, and executing on go-to-market initiatives to drive business with CDW. The ideal candidate will have a passion for partnerships, and enthusiasm for growing BetterCloud’s revenue through the channel ecosystem.

What You’ll Do 

  • Complete management of CDW across all teams and segments including: developing and executing go-to-market plans, running pipeline generation initiatives, enabling CDW reps, tracking deals and activities, and more
  • Generate pipeline and revenue through CDW
  • Develop processes and programs to scale the CDW partnership
  • Develop and track key reports and metrics, ensuring up-to-date documentation and socialization across internal and CDW teams
  • Enable BetterCloud go-to-market teams on best practices and processes when working with CDW and support meetings, deals, and escalations as needed.
  • Maintain relationship with CDW’s distributor including management of all communication for quoting and  order processing.

About You 

  • 5+ years of professional experience with channel partners (managing partners/alliances or working for a channel partner)
  • Experience building and growing a partnership with CDW
  • Experience developing partnership strategies (including go-to-market initiatives) and closely managing relationships at partners to ensure alignment and results
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an ability to speak effectively to internal and external stakeholders and leaders
  • Ability to travel >50% of the time is a requirement (once CDW is back in their offices)
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with special attention to detail and follow-up
  • Powerful authority and presence, a natural leader
  • Extremely strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Must be a self starter and able to influence others to achieve business aims
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment and comfortable with ambiguity
