What you will be doing

As an Enterprise Solution Consultant for the GRTP Team, you’ll combine your sales and technical aptitude, exceptional communication skills, and creative problem solving to implement the GRTP solution with our growing network of internal and enterprise partners. You will drive the technical pre-sale activities, analyzing requirements, identifying and designing solutions. You will work cross-functionally across the GRTP organization to drive client implementation and identify product enhancements and build internal processes that scale. You will be working as part of the RealNet team to connect into the FIS sales and product organizations (Capital Markets, Payments and Banking), responsible for planning, developing and implementing commercial strategies based on RealNet goals and objectives to support and accelerate growth and market adoption. Your role will be crucial to our success and growth, bringing along an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to socialize and inspire the existing FIS organization and other team members on our new solution unlocking revenue opportunities with our incumbent customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Design integration solutions based on a client’s business priorities and technical capabilities

  • Interface between client and GRTP IT team to provide client needs, designs, etc. 

  • Develop pre-sales support material

  • Present demos to our customers and drive technical sales discussions

  • Participate in solution led sales calls and prospect visits, qualifying the customer's requirements

  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to provide support during the sales process

  • Prepare for and lead technical discussions with stakeholders from executive to technology, business, security with the ability to tailor relevant content for the wide-ranging audiences

  • Engage with our IT, product, customer success and sales teams to provide feedback on our product roadmap and IT needs

What you bring

  • Passion and drive to change the payments industry

  • World class communicator with excellent sales instincts and technical skills

  • Ability to work across multiple organizations in a leveraged business model

  • BA/BS degree in business/technology, or equivalent technical account management experience

  • 5+ years in Client Facing Solutions Role, Partner Engineering, Solutions Engineering or a Support role

  • Keen technical mind comfortable writing and design 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently and drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail

  • Experience selling to both mid-market (high growth) and enterprise customers in the financial services, merchant and e-commerce industries

  • Experience with early stage growth organizations in the payments, software (SaaS) or RealTime Payments a plus

  • Ability to travel 50-70%
