Primary Function: The Director of Solution Architecture is a senior member of the Solution Architecture team. The Director of Solutions Architecture is accountable for value illustration and realization for assigned accounts. Value Realization ensures the adoption and consumption of purchased CyberGRX solution components to assist our most important enterprise customers to achieve their business goals and harvest the anticipated value.


Experience: The ideal candidate will have with Big 4 consulting background or other commensurate experience; extensive experience working with Enterprise Accounts and have a proven track record of exceeding targets. The individual should be able to demonstrate experience in running complex, solution-based sales campaigns with large corporations. Knowledge of solutions in the Third-Party Risk, GRC and/or Risk Assessments arenas is preferred. 


Salary: 80% base / 20% variable compensation. Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drives mutual understanding of CyberGRX’s unique and transformational capabilities and evangelize how those capabilities create long-term value for the customer


  • Proactively assesses solution specifications in light of changing customer requirements and recommends solution changes that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
  • Drives solution adoption by providing insights on best practices, solution usage maturity, benchmarking, diagnosing barriers and solving for those barriers
  • Works with Sales Management and other CyberGRX stakeholders to develop front end processes to Identify and quantify success metrics, including ROI, adoption, and business-process impacts, to be adopted Into the sales methodology. This set of processes will enable a direct correlation between expected return vs actual value realized by the client
  • In collaboration with the Sales Teams, develops the customer specific success metrics, including ROI, adoption, and business-process impacts, and presents these to customer project stakeholders in a compelling fashion.
  • Advocates for customers and drives innovation, best practices, and process improvement back into the CyberGRX ecosystem
  • Continually gauges customer satisfaction among key customer project stakeholders.
  • Identifies customer risk factors, and works with extended CyberGRX team to create and execute on “get well” plans
  • Monitors customer support for technical solutions implemented and alerts the sales and account teams to potential customer satisfaction threats or competitor activity.
  • Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms, over and above required add-on selling expectations. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.


  • Ensures renewal readiness and paves the way for growth via the sales teams


REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of third-party cyber risk experience at the practitioner or SE level
  • A record of achievement and technical solution expertise
  • Product certification, Architecture credential, or equivalent technical credential.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills 
  • Excellent reputation in the market & region 
  • Ability to identify key decision makers and work at the “C” level 
  • Ability to work as part of a virtual team with Pre-sales, Implementation Consultants, Channel Managers, Technical Support Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Customer Success and Sales Support/Operations
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle various tasks; attention to detail
