What You’ll Do:
The Director of Sales Operations works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the
appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization. You’ll need to be a
problem solver and leverage the resources available and best practice concepts to support and drive
overall company initiatives. If you love the sales process (and sales in general) and are excited about the

Lead the following business functions:
Sales Operations:
• SFDC Implementation.
• Forecast Roll-up
• Contract and Deal Review Desk
• Commission Calculations
• Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of average price, discounts, pricing models, terms, etc. For
example, reports, dashboards, scoreboards.
• Sales Cycle Analytics
• New Account Assignment
• Marketing Collaboration from MQL to SQL and Opportunity Tracking

Additional Responsibilities:
• Participatewith sales leadership to establish sales plans that closely align with the overall
strategic business plan and objectives
• Regularly interact with executives and all levels of the Sales Organization
• Assist in developing, modifying, and executing sales policies and procedures
• Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the
Sales organizational objectives and processes
• Help to implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation
criteria for obtaining results
• Create reports and dashboards to provide the Sales organization KPIs for senior
management; fulfill miscellaneous reporting requests
• Manage multiple technology/business projects
• Coordinate various ad hoc projects
• Communicating with different teams regarding issues and team achievement
• Drive integrated event strategy and manage aspects of internal and external corporate sales
events while working closely with many cross-functional teams
• Research, analyze and determine appropriate show venue in which to showcase the
company’s products
• Work closely with cross-functional internal teams to build out communication plans for all
programs by identifying requirements, dependencies and building timelines to manage to
deadlines
• Work with key stakeholders to build a scalable customer reference program that develops
new ways to attract and highlight customer stories
• Achieve attendance and revenue objectives and measure/report post-event ROI
What you’ll need:
• BS Degree
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales operations for a rapidly growing SaaS organization
• Experience in Salesforce CRM analysis
• Strong exposure and understanding of business strategy planning and implementation
• Ability to seek opportunities to improve business operations efficiency
• Ability to multi-task, and handle urgent interruptions with a high level of professionalism
• Organization and program management skills
• Ability to link event plans and activities to business results
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-profile events involving senior management
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Detailed oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
