Position Summary:

The Director of Sales Operations at Druva will own, drive, and continuously enhance the success and effectiveness of our growing sales operations function, leveraging strategic business partnering across Sales, Marketing, Finance, (and more). In this role, you will lead a team of Sales Ops analysts to support and increase sales productivity in a dynamic, agile, and highly collaborative environment. What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end Sales Operations efforts across the company while supporting Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders.
  • Grow, manage, develop and mentor a team.
  • Be a part of a fast paced agile team, participate in planning, documentation, execution, testing, and launch of projects.
  • Be a business partner to Sales Leadership.
  • Increase Sales productivity: get close to our Sales teams’ processes to identify ways to help positively impact their performance against KPIs and growth targets.
  • Provide support to critical tools that Sales use every day; this includes understanding the technology landscape for tools we need to acquire.
  • Drive collaboration within the company/across different functions and departments.
  • Secure critical buy-in for new initiatives or processes.
  • Ensure compliance to key company processes within Sales Operations and the wider Sales team.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience within a B2B SaaS Company.
  • Have successfully built and led Sales Operations teams in fast paced environments.
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience required.
  • You love problem solving & business logic.
  • You are naturally curious/always looking to improve upon processes and love challenging and being challenged by your teammates and love to challenge the status quo.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully work across stakeholder teams and positively influence people across all functional areas of an organization.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen effectively, socialize ideas across functions and articulate the vision of the company, both internally and externally.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized and self-directed.
  • You enjoy bringing order to chaos during busy periods with calmness and focus.
  • Experience with SFDC (Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, CPQ), Gainsight, and/or similar tools is a plus.
