Summary
The Director of Partner Solutions will be responsible for working cross-functionally in the design and execution of partner solution strategies. This includes working with key stakeholders to define specific strategies on how and when to engage Workiva’s partners within each solution and identifying target partners for the solutions that will yield mutually beneficial business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish solution specific strategies and measure short, mid, long-term strategic priorities relative to our partners across each of Workiva’s solutions
- Coordinate with key stakeholders across the organization including the Solutions leadership team, Partner Alliance leaders, Partner Success, Solution Engineers, Services and Product team, to maintain alignment on delivering against defined Partner solution delivery metrics
- Work closely with the Partnerships team to understand the strategic priorities of each partner and how that translates and aligns to Workiva’s solution strategies
- Work with partner marketing to identify key tactics, resources and timing needed to successfully execute the solution strategies with Partners
- Actively collaborate with the Solution Sales team to identify appropriate partners to pull in to key Workiva initiatives and open opportunities and to ensure that Partners are being engaged early in the sales cycle
- Develop processes and tools that encourage continuous performance improvements, improve efficiency and meet stakeholder needs
What You'll Need
Education
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage dynamic, complex initiatives in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strategic mindset and ability to identify ways to successfully develop and execute a strategy
- Ability to set goals with clear success measures
- Ability to participate effectively in cross-functional teams and work well in a matrixed management environment, including; Sales, Partnerships, Services, etc.
- Work with partners to establish a shared vision for solutions, alignment of goals, mutually agreeable objectives and drive team to results
- Ability to be proactive and self-directed
- Proven ability to develop and execute successfully on a strategy involving multiple stakeholders
- 7+ years of related experience in Software and/or SaaS Partner/Alliance roles and/or consulting, services delivery with consulting firms with a focus on technology
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Experience interacting cross-functionally in a matrixed environment including but not limited to partners, sales, services, product, and customer success
- Up to 30%
- Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office
How You'll Be Rewarded
- Base Pay Range in Colorado: $164,00-$213,000
- An incentive typically paid quarterly
- Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
