We are looking for a self-motivated, Deals Enablement Manager to join our Deals Desk team.  This role will be responsible for onboarding and training our sales teams on all Dealsdesk and Order Management topics.  These topics will include the full end-to-end order to cash process to ensure our sales teams have all the proper resources to provide a seamless order process to our customers. 

 

Success in this position requires detail-oriented thinking, ability to understand and document order management processes, subject matter business expert on Salesforce CPQ and project management skills. An ability to identify process gaps and work with a variety of key stakeholders plus a foundational understanding of sales processes, Salesforce CPQ and other sales  tools is critical. The candidate should be able to navigate and drive projects cross-functionally and thrive while working in a complex, rapidly changing organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with key stakeholders in the order to cash process, specifically around quoting and provisioning and document the processes 

  • Cross functional partnerships: Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new processes, tools, and enablement sessions

  • Develop consistent communication/training frameworks and formats so sales teams can quickly comprehend content and apply to their order management processes.

  • Develop an understanding of tools used by the deal desk and order  management team and work towards simplifications and automation of processes to bring efficiencies and better sales experience.

  • Assist with implementation and documentation of the Salesforce CPQ processes and workflows

  • Content library: Create and maintain a sales enablement content and asset library to empower sales users with the most updated and accurate information on products and services

  • Order Management Process adoption: Drive education and adoption of order management tools through creating training materials, hosting live / virtual / recorded training sessions, and maintaining a training resource repository

  • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Data-driven, analytical, detailed oriented, and a problem solver

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales automation tooling

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Salesforce CPQ certification

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and plan effectively

  • The ability to be agile by nature, and comfortable with the ambiguity inherent within fast growing companies which change rapidly

  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.

  • High level of initiative and enthusiasm about training and enablement.

  • Ability to work collaboratively, and act in a lead role as a subject matter expert, within a team environment.

  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas to management and peers.

  • 8+ years’ experience in sales enablement, operations, strategy consulting, product/program management roles
