The Account Manager’s mission is to help ensure our team building events run smoothly by actively communicating with our customers via email and phone.

Let’s Roam is a startup that helps people explore the world and connect with each other. Our culturally immersive scavenger hunts help people connect with their environment through team challenges and interactive games, while our corporate virtual team building events offer a fun and sophisticated way of bringing companies together and stay engaged with one another while living in a remote work environment. Position Description

1. Follow up with recently booked corporate team building clients

   1. Email/call clients with questions about their events

   2. Manage event to ensure it runs smoothly

   3. Send information to clients

2. Help foster repeat business

   1. Nurture customers and make sure they are consistently happy

   2. Go above and beyond customer expectations

3. Assist in setting up corporate team building events 

   1. Scavenger hunt writing

   2. Edit scavenger hunts from around the world to include custom questions and branding for corporate clients

Competencies & Requirements

• Requirement: 2-3 years of experience in a relevant account management position

• Requirement: Strong ability with email and phone

• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong research and planning ability

• Friendly and easy to chat with

• A self-motivated personality that is not deterred by failure
