The Sales Strategy & Enablement Senior Manager drives sales strategies across the organization, enhancing efficiency and productivity through analytical support and collaboration.
*This position is remote/work from home. You need to reside within the Eastern or Central Time Zones. If in Atlanta, the role will be hybrid. If CST, the role will work EST hours.
The Sales Strategy & Enablement Senior Manager is responsible for turning strategic direction into action and effective scaling of sales strategies across the sales organization. S/he will work as part of the Sales Strategy and Sales Business Office to support complex efforts across multiple functions and business units to drive business efficiency and sales productivity.
Duties include engaging with sales teams and sales leaders to identify needs and enable sales, driving efficiencies and discipline to minimize errors and provide timely responses across the organization. This role will bring a strong blend of analytical expertise, business acumen, and execution discipline to advance high-priority initiatives that enhance visibility, improve decision-making, and support strategic sales growth. This role reports directly to the Director, Sales Strategy & Enablement.

USD 108,800.00 - 181,400.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $108,800.00 - $181,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

What You'll Do
- Drive high priority cross-BU initiatives while working effectively on multiple assignments with little to no oversight.
- Work with senior partners across the organization to translate performance challenges or opportunities into sales strategies that drive revenue and EBITDA growth.
- Partner with sales enablement, performance, training and optimization teams as needed to drive initiative execution and ongoing maintenance.
- Effectively communicate expectations and requirements to engaged teams while keeping business stakeholders informed of progress and all related issues.
- Provide strategic and analytical support for projects tied to account planning, product adoption, client performance visibility, and revenue retention.
- Identify, communicate and manage risks that may interfere with project execution or success.
- Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of Sales applications, client and business groups across multiple functional areas.
- Travel: up to 25% (day and overnight trips)

Who You Are/ Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 8 years of experience as a high-performing contributor in a strategy role (preferably sales strategy) or in management consulting. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years of experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years of experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field with no degree.
- Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects in matrixed organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Proactive ability to successfully deliver end-to-end projects, working through the many obstacles along the way
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Clear and effective written, verbal and listening skills.
- Motivated to contribute to our most challenging work.
- Self-starter - work independently with minimal direction or oversight.
- Able to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where speed and quality are paramount.
- Demonstrated success working collaboratively with sales leaders, finance teams, and analytics partners.

- MBA
- Management consulting, enterprise/strategy, and/or automotive experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales process, sales metrics.
