  • Partner with HPE Account Executives to identify, qualify, and develop strategic opportunities within large enterprise accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive and technical stakeholders, including CIOs, IT Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, and IT Operations leaders.
  • Lead consultative, value-based sales conversations by aligning CloudOps solutions to customers' business objectives, operational challenges, and modernization initiatives.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans focused on HPE's largest enterprise customers across assigned industries and geographic regions.
  • Position the HPE CloudOps Software Suite against competitive cloud management, virtualization, observability, and infrastructure software solutions.
  • Collaborate with presales, technical, services, and partner teams to deliver successful customer outcomes throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain expertise in hybrid cloud, virtualization, cloud management, infrastructure software, and emerging enterprise technologies to effectively position HPE CloudOps solutions.
  • Build pipeline, manage complex enterprise opportunities, and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to develop customer relationships and support strategic sales opportunities.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of selling complex technology solutions into large enterprise organizations.
  • Experience selling SaaS, hybrid cloud, virtualization, infrastructure software, cloud management, observability, AIOps, IT Operations Management (ITOM), or related enterprise platform solutions.
  • Demonstrated success managing long, consultative enterprise sales cycles with executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar annual sales quotas.
  • Experience selling into Fortune 1000 or other large enterprise accounts is highly preferred.
  • Reside in the Boston metropolitan area or a surrounding state, with the ability to travel approximately 50% throughout the assigned territory.
