What is Exoticca?

Exoticca is a pioneering online travel agency that has revolutionized the conception, production, and e-commerce of long-distance dream trips. At the core of Exoticca's brand equity is the commitment to "creating life milestones." We believe in delivering best-value trips, exploring unique destinations, curating extraordinary travel experiences, and demonstrating genuine care for both our customers and the planet.
We are a professional, dynamic, multicultural team in rapid international growth, seeking new partners to help us create the best and most forward-thinking travel company of our generation.

What do we do?

Our B2B Sales Team is responsible for developing and growing Exoticca's network of Travel Advisors and agency partners across North America. Through a combination of field sales, training, account activation and relationship management, the team helps Travel Advisors discover Exoticca, understand our product and ultimately grow their business with us.

What will you do?
The Sales Representative (B2B) is a field-based sales role focused on developing and growing Exoticca's Tier 2 and Tier 3 agency accounts (Silver & Bronze) within an assigned territory. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position with a strong emphasis on in-person agency visits, account activation and high-frequency market coverage.

You will work closely with the Business Development Managers and the broader B2B Sales Team to ensure that our Silver and Bronze accounts receive regular commercial attention, product education and support, helping them increase their engagement and bookings with Exoticca.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Visit Travel Agencies regularly across the assigned territory, maintaining a consistent and high-frequency field presence.
• Manage and develop a portfolio primarily composed of Silver and Bronze account (Tier 2 & Tier 3) within Exoticca's Loyalty Program.
• Build strong relationships with Travel Advisors and agency teams, becoming their day-to-day commercial point of contact.
• Activate and grow existing accounts, helping Travel Advisors move from registration to first booking and from occasional to more frequent production.
• Identify opportunities to reactivate dormant and low-producing accounts.
• Educate Travel Advisors on Exoticca's destinations, products, promotions, booking tools and Loyalty Program.
• Conduct in-person product presentations, agency trainings and webinars.
• Identify potential new agency partners and support the acquisition and activation of new accounts.
• Promote group opportunities and identify potential group business within the assigned portfolio.
• Attend relevant trade shows, industry events, conferences and FAM trips when required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on account activity, visits and commercial opportunities in CRM.
• Work closely with Business Development Managers to identify accounts with significant growth potential that may require additional commercial support.
• Meet agreed activity and performance KPIs, including agency visits, account activation, booking activity and portfolio development.

The emphasis on frequent field coverage and a recurring visit pattern is intentional: the Sales Representative role is designed to provide more intensive market coverage than the more senior BDM structure.

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management on the travel industry.
  • Experience within the travel industry is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with strong sales potential and a genuine interest in travel.
  • Strong commercial mindset and enthusiasm for developing customer relationships.
  • Comfortable spending a significant amount of time in the field visiting Trave Agencies.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory and daily visit schedule independently.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable conducting small group presentations, product training and webinars.
  • Organized and disciplined in managing follow-ups and CRM activity.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing and international environment.
  • Willingness to learn, receive hands-on coaching and develop within the organization.
