WHO WE ARE

Nike Soccer Team Sales fuels the growth of the game by equipping clubs, leagues, and partners with the right product, service, and brand stories. This role is central to advancing our Team Sales strategy and strengthening relationships with authenticators throughout the Southeast.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Soccer Partner Representative who can elevate and grow Nike’s Team Sales business across the Soccer Authenticating Partners Marketplace. You are someone who builds strong relationships, thinks strategically, and thrives when working across multiple teams to deliver results.

You bring curiosity, learning agility, excellent strategic account planning, and project organizational skills. You communicate with clarity, collaborate well across internal and external teams, and can translate product stories into meaningful business outcomes. You stay connected to marketplace trends, understand how product drives demand, and can identify opportunities that strengthen our business and our partners’ business.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role, you will report to a Sales Director within Soccer or a Lead Partner Rep on the North America Soccer Sales team. You’ll partner closely with the Soccer Authenticating Partners portfolio and collaborate with cross-functional teammates—including Marketing, Merchandising, Marketplace Supply Chain, Operations, and North America Team Sales Partners.

Together, you’ll bring forward the right product stories, insights, and assortments to help accounts grow their business and deepen Nike’s impact in the Soccer Team Sales space.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Soccer Partner Representative, you will co-create and lead territory strategies that shape the future of Soccer Team Sales. You will Seek, Sign, and Serve the North America Soccer Team Sales community, delivering seasonal Nike initiatives and providing partners with the strategy, storytelling, and product details they need each season.

You will lead the execution of Team Sales agreements and seasonal business plans, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and track sales strategies, key product launches, and territory performance. You’ll drive accurate forecasting, scenario planning, business analysis, and new opportunity development.

You will also work directly with accounts to elevate their business strategy, strengthen their marketplace execution, and meet the evolving needs of Soccer Team Sales consumers.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5–6 years of experience in field sales management within the sports industry, spanning areas such as field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales planning, or business analysis.

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • Strong understanding of the sports industry, including product knowledge and marketplace trends; a passion for sports—and especially soccer/global football—is preferred.

  • Proven experience implementing sales programs, policies, and methodologies, along with the ability to use financial models to make sound decisions and translate insights into accurate business plans and revenue forecasts.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate goals, objectives, and recommendations.

  • Demonstrated ability to prepare, plan, and deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to develop practical solutions that drive business results.

  • Resides in or near the Denver, CO area.

We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
