Overview
We are currently seeking a National Hiring Manager who will play a critical role in hiring new Sales Representatives nationwide. We need an experience individual who will be able to conduct interviews and grow our sales teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of In-home Sales experience
- 2+ years of recruiting and hiring experience
- Ability to screen candidates during the interview process to ensure they are a good fit
- Demonstrate knowledge of sales process
- Must live in Texas (remote/hybrid role)

- Personable with exceptional presentation and communication skills
- A self-starter that works well independently
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
