RingCentral’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a dynamic Contract Sales Recruiter to drive the hiring of top-tier enterprise sales professionals. This role will focus on building a strong pipeline of high-performing sales talent, ensuring we meet aggressive hiring goals that align with the company’s growth strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has proven success recruiting passive talent from competitive markets, and is a trusted partner to sales leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full-cycle recruiting process for enterprise sales roles, from sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and acceptance.
Proactively identify, attract, and engage top sales talent through creative sourcing strategies, market mapping, and networking.
Partner closely with Sales leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver against hiring targets.
Collaborate with the global recruiting team to design and implement effective recruiting strategies, programs, and best practices.
Deliver a world-class candidate experience, ensuring consistent communication and a professional process.
Track and report on recruiting metrics, providing insights that drive continuous improvement in speed, quality, and pipeline health.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on hiring enterprise/field sales professionals in high-growth companies.
Demonstrated success sourcing and closing passive candidates from direct competitors.
Exceptional networking skills and creativity in developing candidate pipelines.
Strong ability to influence and partner with hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Jobvite strongly preferred) and collaboration tools (Google Workspace).
Expertise in direct sourcing techniques, behavioral interviewing, and candidate assessment
