Pay Range
This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
Position Overview
The Sales Program Manager provides essential operational and analytical support to the sales organization. This role is responsible for developing, administering, and evaluating the effectiveness of sales programs, including Sales Training and Orientation, Early Bird Gold, Contractor Systems and the National Sales Meeting, and Territory Scorecards. The position requires strong knowledge of JM systems, including where to locate information and how to synthesize it into actionable insights for the sales team. The Sales Program Manager must demonstrate strong data analysis skills, a commitment to process improvement, and exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis to support sales leadership in understanding trends, performance gaps, and customer activity.
- Early Bird Gold: Manage the process end to end. Review incoming applications, analyze sales data, and provide approval recommendations.
- Partner with sales teams to develop streamlined processes for collecting required information to support contractor programs.
- Prepare market share, territory performance, and sales data for internal sales meetings and territory reviews.
- Support the development of quarterly scorecards and provide recommendations for enhancement.
- Update reference tools such as the NQ/NLE cheat sheet in alignment with market data releases.
- Coordinate logistics for sales events, including budgeting, vendor management, travel, attendee communications, and on-site support.
(Examples: National Sales Meeting, Contractor Retreat, Hunt Camps, Broncos games, territory reviews.) - Develop agendas to ensure relevance to the audience. Prepare and organize materials, presentations, and schedules for internal and customer-facing meetings.
- Maintain and update sales territory bulletins.
- Develop and maintain the sales onboarding and training program; support the offboarding process for sales employees.
- Manage fleet vehicle requests and returns for the national sales team.
- Manage systems access and ensure compliance requirements are met for the sales team.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in roles with a focus on data analysis, process improvement and customer service,
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Skills & Abilities
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with JM systems; SAP, SalesForce, Power BI
- Strong analytical capabilities with comfort interpreting sales data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Medium travel required 30+ days.
