We are currently seeking skilled embedded software engineers to develop flight-critical firmware, with a focus on advanced drone pilot assistance features.

We're seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to accelerate sales execution, ensure pristine CRM and contract data, and empower our revenue teams with the resources to close deals and drive growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage cooperative contract reporting and vendor registrations

  • Support Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, including assembly, formatting, and submission logistics

  • Route inbound leads, set up opportunities, and prepare quotes for standard SKUs

  • Maintain CRM accuracy across contacts, companies, deals, and custom objects

  • Track grant opportunities and support partner reporting needs

  • Identify upsell opportunities and enroll them in automated campaigns

  • Build and maintain sales enablement resources such as playbooks and process guides

  • Support onboarding and training of new sales reps

Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales or SDR

  • Strong HubSpot CRM knowledge (or equivalent CRM platform)

  • Familiarity with RFP processes, cooperative contracts, and vendor registration systems preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven
