Hi! 👋 I’m Courtney, based in Philadelphia, PA, Manager of Commercial Operations and Administration here at WeTravel. I’m excited to find a Sales Operations Specialist who enjoys cross-functional work and creative problem solving. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our broader Commercial Operations team as well as each of our commercial teams to keep everything behind the scenes running smoothly and efficiently.
We’re building a lean, high-impact commercial ops function, and I’m looking for someone who enjoys digging into workflows, solving operational challenges, and bringing structure to fast-moving teams. You’ll have a lot of ownership, plenty of support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.
How We WorkAs a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll sit at the core of our go-to-market engine. You’ll manage workflows, improve CRM hygiene, and support reporting for stakeholders across Sales, Lead Gen, Marketing, and Customer Experience. You’ll work most closely with me and our Sales Operations Partner, with regular collaboration alongside our Marketing Ops and CX Ops Partners on initiatives that span multiple teams.
We’re a remote-first team that values ownership, transparency, and iteration. Your work will directly influence how efficiently our commercial teams run from the moment a lead enters our system to when it’s handed off, onboarded, and retained. You’ll use tools like HubSpot, spreadsheets, automation platforms, AI, and dashboards to build and maintain scalable processes.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves operational excellence and thrives in a startup-paced environment.
What You’ll DoOn a weekly basis, you’ll find yourself:
Managing lead assignment logic and workflows to ensure speed and accuracy.
Supporting our commercial teams (Sales, AM, CS, Marketing) with clean, organized, and up-to-date CRM data.
Building and maintaining reporting dashboards for Sales, Lead Gen, CS, and Leadership.
Identifying inefficiencies in current processes and proposing actionable improvements.
Partnering with me, our Operations Partners (Sales, Marketing, CX), and the broader Commercial Ops team on cross-functional initiatives.
Supporting adoption of new tools and processes through documentation and enablement.
Running small RevOps projects and contributing to a scalable commercial operations infrastructure.
2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
Confidence working with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
Experience managing lead flows, improving pipeline visibility, and maintaining data accuracy.
An analytical mindset - you love solving problems with structure, logic, and precision.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable navigating work that spans Sales, Marketing, and CS.
Clear communication and the ability to guide others through process change.
A proactive, adaptable approach and genuine excitement about working in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Have experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) thoughtfully and creatively to accelerate and improve your work without sacrificing accuracy.
Have advanced reporting and automation skills in HubSpot, Excel, and/or Google Sheets.
Are familiar with lead scoring models and process automation tools.
Have a passion for building systems that the people using them actually love.
Are uncomfortable working independently or in a fully remote setting.
Don’t enjoy using tools like HubSpot, Google Sheets, or reporting dashboards.
Have limited experience with lead management or sales process optimization.
Prefer static processes over iterative improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
