We are Infrrd - Enterprise AI company that uses AI and Machine Learning to help our customer automate human tasks.

We're looking for a driven Sales Operations professional to join our revenue team. You'll be the backbone of our sales engine; owning the systems, processes, and data that help our sales team operate at peak efficiency. This is a high-impact role with direct visibility into leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize our CRM (HubSpot) — data hygiene, workflows, and reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline health, forecasting, and sales KPIs
  • Partner with sales leadership on territory planning, quota setting, and headcount modeling
  • Manage the sales tech stack and evaluate new tools to improve rep productivity
  • Drive process improvements across the full sales cycle — from lead routing to deal close
  • Support QBR preparation, sales cadence meetings, and board-level reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success

What We're Looking For

  • 7-12 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related GTM role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Excel/Sheets, and ideally BI tools
  • Experience with sales engagement tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • Strong communicator who can translate data into actionable insights for sales leaders
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred

  • Experience supporting SDR/BDR teams
